This particular role is based at TAP Sportsbar, one of MGM Resorts' premier food and beverage venues. As a Sous Chef at TAP Sportsbar, you will play a vital role that goes beyond cooking. You will be a key leader in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation matches the décor and entertainment expectations of guests, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and cleanliness. The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef and takes charge of overseeing kitchen staff, from Master Cooks to helpers, fostering a team environment oriented toward excellence.

You will help train staff on job responsibilities, oversee inventory, ensure all food is labeled and stored correctly, and uphold food quality by taking the initiative to correct any irregularities.
