The role being offered is for a full-time Sous Chef at Bottleworks Hotel, a key position within the culinary team responsible for the day-to-day kitchen operations. The Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in ensuring guests leave with a memorable impression through high-quality food and service. Responsibilities include supervising and training kitchen staff, assisting with ordering and inventory management, food preparation, and upholding company standards. The Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to meet food budgets and operational goals.
