LifeScape is currently seeking a dedicated and talented Front Desk Supervisor/Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, between 6:30am and 5:30pm, with flexibility but no weekend shifts, and a starting wage of $16.00 per hour plus experience-based increments. The role is based at the Children’s facility and involves both supervising front desk staff and providing clerical support to the Maintenance and Materials Management departments. As a Front Desk Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for operating a computerized telephone system to manage incoming, outgoing, and internal calls efficiently. They will be expected to respond to emergency codes, ensuring the safety and communication protocols are maintained by signaling alerts and giving all-clear notices as needed. Leadership duties include supervising front desk employees, conducting annual evaluations, managing scheduling, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary. Additionally, the role entails coaching and tracking employee time and attendance for payroll accuracy, preparing front desk staffing schedules, and supporting the administrative needs of the Maintenance and Materials Management teams. This includes completing various projects and reports, coordinating vendor visits, reconciling maintenance credit card statements, and assisting the purchasing department with inventory management.
