- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Certification in sanitation and responsible alcohol vending must be obtained
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Understanding of restaurant financials including P & L management
- Ability to recognize and enforce compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
