We are currently seeking a Service Cashier/Receptionist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is a vital point of contact where customer satisfaction and administrative accuracy intersect. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, and operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The Service Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by warmly greeting and assisting guests as they arrive. This role requires managing all financial transactions for customers efficiently, including cash and credit payments, reconciling daily cash office accounts, and ensuring precise bank deposits.
In addition to handling payments, this role supports the Office Manager and General Manager with general clerical duties, contributing to the smooth running of dealership operations. The successful candidate will be proficient in managing incoming calls, directing them to appropriate departments, and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. The position also involves participating in team meetings and ongoing training sessions, reflecting the company's commitment to continuous professional development and workplace collaboration. Ideal candidates will have experience working in cashier or receptionist roles, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of automotive dealership software such as CDK are desirable but not mandatory.
