The Courtyard Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport is currently seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Room Attendant to join their team in Mesa, Arizona. The position offers an hourly compensation structure and plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms, thereby enhancing the guest experience. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for meticulously cleaning guestrooms to meet established standards, equipping the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies prior to cleaning duties, and removing trash and soiled linens from rooms and corridors. This role also requires replenishing cleaning chemicals and materials and maintaining cleanliness in public areas such as hallways and closets. Reporting lost items, any observed maintenance issues, and effectively managing lost and found items falls under this role's responsibilities, ensuring both safety and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate must also possess strong communication skills to interact courteously with guests and team members, demonstrate physical stamina including the ability to lift and carry significant weight occasionally, and have the capacity to stand for the entirety of their shifts.
