The Service Appointment Receptionist role at Mercedes-Benz of Westminster offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service. This position plays a crucial role in the service department, acting as the primary point of contact for customers reaching out for service appointments and vehicle maintenance inquiries. The receptionist will provide essential support to Service Advisors by managing inbound calls, gathering client information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless communication process between clients and the service team. This is a full-time position working Tuesday through Saturday with weekday hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday shifts from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, starting at a competitive wage of $18 per hour.
