As a Dining Service Partner, you will directly impact our residents' dining satisfaction and overall well-being by delivering prompt and courteous service. The Dining Service Partner will be responsible for taking beverage and meal orders, coordinating efficiently with the kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and serving meals to residents following established standards. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols are essential to maintain the highest levels of hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas. Responsibilities also include performing routine cleaning duties such as washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, restocking supplies, and general upkeep of all dining service areas. Given the nature of this position, you will also be expected to address any resident concerns or special requests with professionalism and empathy, contributing to a positive dining atmosphere. This role requires flexibility to handle tasks such as organizing stock deliveries and maintaining cleanliness in various parts of the dietary department including vents, ovens, and outside garbage areas. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in dishwashing and industrial kitchen cleaning
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Possession of or ability to obtain local, state, or county required food handling and sanitation certificates
• Valid First Aid Certification
• Availability for on-call emergency situations and weekend coverage on a rotating basis
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
