We are currently seeking a Server to join Ethos Hospitality, a role that requires both professionalism and a positive attitude. The server position is essential in upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders efficiently and courteously. The right candidate will demonstrate an ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with bussers, cooks, and other staff members to ensure smooth service flow. The Server will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking and accurately delivering orders, maintaining knowledge of menu items and daily specials, and handling customer requests and complaints with grace and professionalism. Attention to personal appearance and hygiene standards is critical, as servers represent the face of Ethos Hospitality. Additionally, this role involves completing all side work thoroughly, ensuring work areas are clean and well-stocked, and communicating any personnel or operational issues to the lead line server or supervisors. The Server will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for, contributing significantly to the company’s reputation for hospitality excellence. Employees in this role must be reliable, well-groomed, and demonstrate the ability to multitask efficiently throughout their shifts. Physical demands of the job include the ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, reflecting the active, on-your-feet nature of the position. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $20 to $25 per hour.
