The role of the Managing Partner (General Manager) at Texas Roadhouse is an entrepreneurial opportunity to take full ownership of restaurant operations. The Managing Partner is entrusted with overseeing every aspect of the restaurant's functioning, ensuring that the brand's legendary food and service standards are consistently met. This leadership position requires managing both people and performance metrics, including food, labor, and liquor costs, and holding accountability for the overall profitability of the location. The Managing Partner directs the management team, sets schedules, assigns responsibilities, and continuously develops employees through coaching, evaluations, and training. Key duties also involve maintaining compliance with employment policies and liquor laws, managing inventories and budgets, enforcing food safety and security standards, and fostering a vibrant restaurant culture based on passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose. This is a full-time position that demands strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, especially in handling the pressures of a high-volume, fast-paced environment. • 2+ years or more as a GM MP or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
