This part-time Server role at Red Lobster offers competitive wages ranging from USD 16.50 to USD 25.00 per hour, with the advantage of weekly pay. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for all guests. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers warmly, suggesting menu items such as drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their visit, and accurately taking and entering orders using the POS system. Timely delivery of food and beverages, monitoring guest satisfaction, offering drink refills, and clearing away unused items are essential duties. This role requires physical stamina to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts, the ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
