Timely delivery of food and beverages, monitoring guest satisfaction, offering drink refills, and clearing away unused items are essential duties. You will also present and settle bills efficiently, thanking guests and inviting them to return. Following all food safety regulations is a must to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and care. This role requires physical stamina to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts, the ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
