TMB is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Shipping Associate to join their Los Angeles HQ team. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of order fulfillment processes, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped with efficiency and care. The successful candidate will work hands-on in the warehouse, managing daily shipping operations including coordination with major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight services. Additionally, this position involves preparing export documentation for international shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy through counts and restocking activities, and helping to keep the warehouse environment safe, clean, and organized. The Warehouse & Shipping Associate will be an integral part of the team by supporting trade show preparations, underscoring the company’s commitment to exceptional customer experience globally.
This full-time position requires availability from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with possible overtime as needed. TMB offers competitive hourly pay ranging between $23 and $28 based on experience, reflecting the value placed on experienced, detail-oriented professionals. - high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 5 years of warehouse and shipping experience
- knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures
- forklift experience, certification preferred
- ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- capacity to work overtime as needed
- proficiency in handling shipping paperwork and inventory management
