The Restaurant Manager position at The Oak House, located at Del Webb Oak Creek, is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant community-focused establishment. Reporting directly to the Community Manager, the Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the poolside bar and walk-up service window while coordinating catering services in partnership with the Lifestyle Director. This role requires comprehensive expertise in both back-of-house operations—focusing on inventory control, food preparation, and regulatory compliance—and front-of-house functions, ensuring excellent guest service and staff supervision. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining fast, efficient, and friendly service to guests, supporting seamless catering event execution, and upholding quality and safety standards throughout all aspects of the food and beverage operations. The responsibilities are diverse and cover several areas including managing inventory, ordering supplies, ensuring compliance with food safety and liquor licensing regulations, supervising front-line staff, staffing scheduling, and monitoring guest satisfaction.
