The company is currently hiring Servers for the 2026 cruising season to join their shipboard hotel and restaurant team. This temporary position lasts for 28 weeks, during which employees experience life aboard one of America's most distinguished cruise vessels. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering an elegant and memorable dining experience to guests, acting as a proud representative of the American Cruise Lines brand. The role requires a high standard of hospitality, as you will be responsible for setting up and breaking down service areas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hours, efficiently catering to culinary requests, and ensuring the presentation and service of food and beverages meet the company's high standards. Your interaction with guests will include acknowledging them by name, escorting them to their tables, presenting menus, recommending dishes and wines, and responding kindly to any inquiries about the menu. In addition to routine restaurant duties, Servers may also perform special functions such as greeting guests during embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and catering to evening entertainment events. The position offers wages ranging from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, with additional bonuses, and covers all major living expenses aboard the ship, including travel to and from the vessel, room, board, uniforms, and paid training. • Must be at least 18 years of age

• able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
• able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
• able to pass pre-employment drug test
• no consumption of alcohol allowed during employment
• willingness to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
• must be able to perform emergency and safety functions
