The role of a Server (Breakfast and Lunch) at Copper Vine is pivotal in setting the tone for the guest experience each day. This role primarily covers breakfast service from early morning and seamlessly transitions into lunch service, providing an opportunity for flexible scheduling. Whether one chooses to work exclusively during breakfast or extends into lunch service, this position demands strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with property management and communication systems. Servers play an integral role in managing breakfast operations, including greeting guests, coordinating with kitchen staff to accommodate special dietary requests, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, and managing early-morning guest communications through digital platforms.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous serving experience in polished casual dining or hospitality environment
  • Ability to arrive early morning for breakfast shifts
  • Must be physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift over 25 lbs
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Food and/or alcohol handler certification as required by local regulations
