The Banquet Junior Sous Chef role at Limelight Hotels is a vital culinary position responsible for supporting banquet kitchen operations under the guidance of the Banquet Sous Chef. This role requires oversight of food preparation and presentation to ensure adherence to the high standards set by the restaurant and food and beverage departments. The Junior Sous Chef will manage kitchen staff during shifts, maintain compliance with food safety standards, and assist with inventory management, including ordering and storage practices. This individual will be hands-on in the kitchen, preparing and cooking various dishes across different stations with skill and consistency, while also supporting the training and development of new culinary team members. - minimum 3 years experience in professional kitchen
