The base pay for this position is $12.00 an hour, but with tips, the average hourly rate can reach as much as $25.00, reflecting the bonus income potential for standout service. In addition to an attractive compensation package, Pizza King also offers a $650 retention bonus aimed at rewarding long-term commitment to the team. Physical stamina is important in this role, as Servers will be required to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
