The role of Premium Seating Manager at Oak View Group is integral to driving revenue growth and enhancing client relationships through premium seating sales and sponsorships. The Premium Seating Manager is tasked with overseeing new and existing premium seating business, activating partnerships, and managing client entertainment and hospitality. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000, along with commission eligibility. Additional benefits for full-time employees include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, and paid time off that encompasses vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays. The position will remain open until October 31, 2025, reflecting the company’s effort to find the right fit for this critical role.
The Premium Seating Manager’s key responsibility is to aggressively generate and maintain revenue streams by driving new premium seating sales and delivering excellent service to current clients. This involves supporting the entire sales process from lead prospecting, client engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, and execution to post-sale activation and servicing. The role demands someone who can manage multiple large-scale partnerships and collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders such as marketing, operations, and event staff.
Besides sales, the Manager will take on duties such as hosting and entertaining clients, managing ticket systems and hospitality logistics, training event staff related to premium seating, and representing OVG’s assets on a local and national scale. An important facet of the role is maintaining accurate records within CRM systems and regularly reporting sales pipeline progress and revenue achievements. Furthermore, the candidate must be adaptable to non-traditional working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to attend events and client functions.
This role suits a seasoned sales professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in sponsorship, premium seating, or ticket sales—preferably within sports, entertainment, advertising, or brand sales sectors. The perfect fit possesses excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills; the ability to build trust-based relationships; a self-starter mentality; and the capacity to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Ticketmaster Archtics are advantageous.
