Currently, the team is seeking a dedicated Server for the Lobby Bar, Drift. This role is central to the execution of flawless service, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction Starwood Hotels is known for. The successful candidate will be someone who is hardworking, attentive, and passionate about hospitality. Mastery in supporting the Food & Beverage team through excellent service and attention to even the smallest detail is essential to excel in this position. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a food and beverage serving role
• Basic understanding of banquet and bar operations
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
