We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lot Porter to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $20.33, based on experience and qualifications. The Lot Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the functionality, cleanliness, and presentation of the RV inventory lot, ensuring all recreational vehicles are properly moved, cleaned, and secured. This position involves driving RV units and yard equipment such as tractors and forklifts, maintaining lot cleanliness through routine washing and trash removal, and performing minor repairs and work order documentation to address any mechanical issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RV operation and maintenance, a valid driver's license, and the physical capability to manage the demands of outdoor work in varying weather conditions. This role necessitates attention to detail, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Towing experience preferred
• Ability to use yard tractor and/or forklift
• Ability to drive an RV
• Experience using generators and operating slide-outs
• Ability to repair small items and identify problem units
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
