The Senior UX/UI Designer position involves leading design strategy by auditing and analyzing digital product experiences, identifying opportunities for innovation, and synthesizing user research and analytics to inform design briefs. In executing UX/UI design, your responsibilities will include translating complex healthcare workflows into simple, elegant interfaces tailored for seniors, caregivers, and clinicians. Using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, you will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. This is a remote position with a full-time (40 hours per week) commitment and a competitive salary range from $94,900 to $130,500 per year, depending on location and experience. • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in UX/UI design
• Experience designing for healthcare or accessibility-sensitive domains
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Agile or Lean environments
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA), EMR/EHR systems, or clinical workflows preferred
• Experience with design systems and component libraries preferred
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics preferred
• Empathy for older adults and understanding of their digital behaviors and needs
