  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in UX/UI design
  • Experience designing for healthcare or accessibility-sensitive domains
  • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Agile or Lean environments
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA), EMR/EHR systems, or clinical workflows preferred
