This full-time role involves working 80 hours over a two-week pay period, typically in 10-hour shifts, with weekend duties as needed to ensure seamless meal service for residents. The Senior Chef is responsible for the preparation and presentation of meals in strict compliance with applicable regulations and customer expectations, contributing directly to residents' health and satisfaction. This position requires a culinary professional who can execute standardized recipes accurately while adhering to food safety protocols. Importantly, the Senior Chef oversees kitchen operations by supervising staff, managing schedules, coaching, training, and conducting performance evaluations to maintain an efficient and motivated culinary team.
