This remote position requires an individual who is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance across various operational areas including Ramp Operations, Cargo Operations, Passenger Service, Flight Operations, and Maintenance & Inspection. The Senior Aviation Auditor ensures that all aspects of these operations are conducted in line with company policies, FAA regulations, ICAO standards, and international best practices.\n\nAs a key contributor to the Safety Management System (SMS), the Senior Aviation Auditor promotes a strong safety culture by identifying hazards, supporting accident prevention initiatives, and driving continuous improvement. This role involves conducting thorough audits, developing detailed reports that outline findings and corrective actions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational reliability. The Senior Aviation Auditor will analyze systemic issues, emerging risks, and operational trends to inform proactive safety measures.\n\nThis role demands a proactive and ethically uncompromising professional who can work independently in a remote environment while maintaining active communication and collaboration with the team. The position offers occasional travel to various company locations and operational sites for on-site evaluations. Familiarity with audit management systems and remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Teams is required.                 - High school diploma or GED
 - Bachelor’s degree in aviation, aeronautics, safety, quality assurance or related field is highly desired
 - Auditor training and/or certifications such as ISO 19011, AS9100, IOSA, FAA-approved audit training or equivalent
 - SMS training and/or certification aligned with ICAO/FAA/EASA standards
 - FAA Airframe & Powerplant certificates, pilot license, or dispatcher license are highly desired qualification/experience
 - Minimum of two years of auditing, safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance experience
 - Background in aviation operations including Ramp, Cargo, passenger service, Flight Operations, or Maintenance/Inspection is strongly preferred
 - Prior involvement with Internal Evaluation Programs (IEP), Quality Assurance Programs (QAP) or Safety Management Systems (SMS)
 - Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with a team
 - Strong understanding of FAA Part 121 regulations and ICAO standards
 - Previous experience working in Part 121 domestic and supplemental operations and familiarity with large aircraft charter operations is preferred
 - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
 - High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and constructively
 - Proficiency with audit management systems/databases and remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
 - Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for on-site audits and evaluations
 - Strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS)
 - Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
 - Fluent in English
 - Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
 - Comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft
