This part-time role demands flexibility, offering an average of 12 to 25 hours per week with shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, adapting to the store's business needs. All new team members undergo paid training that includes both web-based and hands-on learning experiences, which must be completed within the first 30 days. Due to the nature of operating specialized equipment such as balers, hi-los, power jacks, and slicing machines, all team members must be at least 18 years old.
