The Senior Aviation Auditor role at New Pacific Airlines is essential in supporting the company’s Internal Evaluation Program (IEP). This position serves as a cornerstone of the Safety Management System (SMS) by ensuring that critical operational areas such as Ramp Operations, Cargo Operations, Passenger Service, Flight Operations, and Maintenance and Inspection comply fully with company manuals, applicable regulations, and international standards. Acting with integrity and professionalism, the Senior Aviation Auditor is responsible for conducting thorough audits, identifying potential hazards, and recommending corrective actions that promote safety and operational excellence across the organization.
This is a remote position with some travel requirements, allowing flexibility while maintaining a high level of engagement through collaborative and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. The auditor will play a pivotal role in accident prevention and risk mitigation by analyzing data trends, identifying systemic issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.                 - Must possess a high school diploma or GED
 - Must have auditor training and/or certifications such as ISO 19011, AS9100, IOSA, FAA-approved audit training, or equivalent
 - Must have SMS training and/or certification aligned with ICAO, FAA, or EASA standards
 - Must have a minimum of two years auditing, safety, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance experience
 - Must have experience with aviation operations including Ramp, Cargo, Passenger Service, Flight Operations, or Maintenance/Inspection
 - Must have prior involvement with Internal Evaluation Programs or Quality Assurance Programs or Safety Management Systems
 - Must be able to work independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with a team
 - Must have a strong understanding of FAA Part 121 regulations and ICAO standards
 - Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
 - Must have a high attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
 - Must have proficiency with audit management systems and remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
 - Must be willing and able to travel occasionally for on-site audits
 - Must have a strong safety awareness and adhere to Safety Management Systems
 - Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
 - Must speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
 - Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
 - Must be comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft
