The airline operates with a focus on international and domestic charter services, including Part 121 supplemental operations, making it a leader in the niche market of large aircraft charter flights. NPA provides an inclusive work environment where professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued. The airline supports a strong Safety Management System (SMS) and emphasizes robust compliance with both domestic and global regulatory standards to ensure operational excellence. This commitment to excellence extends to its internal programs, including the Internal Evaluation Program (IEP), which plays a pivotal role in maintaining compliance and safety within all operational departments such as Ramp Operations, Cargo Operations, Passenger Service, Flight Operations, and Maintenance & Inspection.

This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Working independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with the team are essential.
