In this role, the Self-Checkout Host supervises the self-checkout area, helps customers operate equipment, and responds promptly to customer questions or concerns. You will monitor the scanning activity for accuracy, invite customers to use self-checkout lanes particularly during peak times, and maintain knowledge of ongoing promotions and store layouts to offer helpful directions. This position demands strong communication skills, dependable work habits, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.                 - Be 18 years of age
 - Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
 - Have previous experience in retail or customer service
 - Be dependable and reliable
 - Have good communication skills
 - Be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
 - Be able to lift and carry products up to 30 lbs
 - Be able to use front end equipment such as register calculator and scanner
 - Have strong attention to detail and math skills
