The Dishwasher role at Ivy Park at Los Gatos is a full-time position, with an immediate hiring need. The pay range for this position is $18.20 to $18.75 per hour, depending on experience. Prior experience is not required, as the company provides thorough training to help new team members succeed. The dishwasher is a vital part of the kitchen and dining operations, ensuring that dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards. This role supports the overall mission of the organization by contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. The dishwasher will work closely with kitchen staff and other departments, aiding in maintaining cleanliness not only in the dish room but also in associated dining and kitchen areas.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass health screening tests including physical and TB tests
• Willingness to vaccinate and comply with COVID-19 related health and safety protocols
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
• Prefer six (6) months of kitchen or similar experience
