The Housekeeper role at MasterCorp is critical in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation across resort property units. Responsibilities include stripping soiled linens, removing trash, cleaning various areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks, and ensuring all units are ready for inspection. The position requires adherence to company mission and values, timely and effective communication regarding maintenance issues, damaged or missing inventory, and fostering a safe work environment. Housekeepers are expected to attend all training sessions, apply learned skills practically, and assist in guest services cleaning and storage closet organization. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, enthusiastic, and hard-working, with a passion for hospitality and ensuring guests feel safe and cared for during their vacation experiences. While previous housekeeping experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for those new to the hospitality industry to start their career.
