The Event Planning Manager role at Hyatt Regency Mission Bay is a critical position responsible for servicing sales bookings and managing all aspects of event execution. This role serves as the vital connection between meeting planners and hotel operations, ensuring that each event runs seamlessly from initial booking to final billing. The Event Planning Manager will oversee the administration of sales agreements, meticulously coordinate food, beverage, and audiovisual needs, manage room blocks, and handle billing instructions. The annual salary range for this position is $61,800 to $86,600, reflecting the candidate's experience and education. - Possession of identification proving authorization to work in the United States
