The Hotel Front Desk Manager role is an on-site leadership position within the casino and hotel environment, working closely with both internal teams and external guests. This dynamic role is pivotal in managing front desk operations including guest services, talent management, scheduling, training, and compliance. Ideal candidates for the Hotel Front Desk Manager position bring at least two years of leadership experience in a high-occupancy resort setting, especially within hotel front desk functions. Proficiency with computer systems such as Infor and LMS is preferred, along with the ability to interpret reports and guest folios accurately.
