The Host is tasked with managing the flow and coordination of the dining area, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, and providing knowledgeable assistance about the restaurant’s offerings and local area attractions. They maintain comprehensive knowledge of restaurant policies, seating arrangements, menu items, beverage options, and liquor regulations to efficiently cater to guest needs, while upholding compliance with all relevant standards and legal requirements. The position demands excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize guest satisfaction while working cohesively with the team.
