The role of Evening Concierge at Bozzuto is an essential position within its residential communities, scheduled Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. This role places the team member as the first point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, playing a critical part in shaping first impressions and nurturing lasting relationships. The Evening Concierge is responsible for delivering personalized customer service by knowing residents personally, addressing their concerns promptly, and fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The position requires a combination of excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to plan and execute community events that promote resident engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities such as organizing front desk logs, managing packages, and facilitating social media engagement to generate excitement and brand loyalty within the community.
