As a part-time Concierge at Clearwater Newport Beach, you will play a vital role in setting a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the community. This position requires a warm and friendly demeanor as you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. The Concierge is responsible for ensuring a clean and organized entrance and lobby area while providing excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering phones, and managing messages. Your role will also involve various administrative tasks to support multiple departments, serving as a key contact during emergencies, and reinforcing the community's safe and efficient operation. The pay range for this role is between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour, and the schedule includes Friday and Saturday shifts from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. • High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year work experience in senior living, hospitality or related field preferred
• Background clearances as required by government regulations
• Must meet health requirements including TB
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS Certification a plus
