We are currently seeking a Food Runner to join our front-of-house team. This pivotal role supports the waitstaff by efficiently delivering beverages and meal items to guests, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly. The Food Runner acts as a crucial link between the kitchen and the dining area, facilitating smooth communication and coordination. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with menu inquiries and recommendations, delivering food orders timely, accurately conveying special instructions to chefs, and assisting in table setup. Maintaining rigorous food health, safety, and sanitation standards is essential to this role. Additionally, the Food Runner helps create a positive customer experience by checking in with patrons, responding promptly to requests or issues, and relaying customer feedback to management.
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $14.25 to $22.50, plus tips, recognizing the value of excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
