As a Room Attendant at Hilton, you will play an essential role in maintaining the high standards that guests expect. This position is primarily for PM and evening shifts, with an hourly rate of $25, which is based on applicable and specialized experience as well as the location of the property. In your role, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding promptly to guest needs, thereby contributing directly to the hotel’s overall guest satisfaction and financial profitability.
Your daily responsibilities will include cleaning assigned guest rooms, which involves making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming to ensure all areas are pristine and welcoming. You will be expected to change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed, maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness at all times. Additionally, performing deep cleaning tasks as required will ensure that Hilton’s standards exceed guest expectations consistently. Managing and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily will be a key part of your duties, along with properly disposing of trash and recyclables to maintain an orderly and hygienic environment.
