This job opportunity is for an entry-level Housekeeper at the AVN property of DKN Hotels in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, hallways, and other assigned areas, ensuring compliance with the high standards set by the company. The hourly wage for this position ranges between $16.50 and $17.00. Housekeepers play an essential role in elevating guest satisfaction by delivering attentive, friendly, and thorough cleaning service. This includes tasks such as making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms thoroughly, wiping surfaces, and adhering to time guidelines per room as established by management. Housekeepers are also entrusted with maintaining room security, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and assisting in laundry duties when necessary. The role emphasizes a courteous and professional demeanor, effective communication with guests and team members, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Employees in this position work primarily indoors in various sections of the hotel but also have access to exterior areas of the property as part of their duties.
