The role of Assistant General Manager is pivotal in supporting the General Manager to ensure the overall success and smooth operation of the restaurant. This full-time position offers an annual salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, complemented by benefits including a monthly bonus, insurance packages, paid parking, and cell phone reimbursement. As a key leadership figure, the Assistant General Manager is tasked with creating sales opportunities, marketing effectively, and exceeding customer service expectations while managing costs and regulatory compliance. The role demands a proactive and hands-on approach to managing a diverse team, fostering high employee morale, and maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards. The Assistant General Manager will oversee various operational departments, administering human resource functions such as recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
