RNDC is currently seeking motivated and energetic Sales Support Representatives to join its growing Sales team. This role provides crucial support by collaborating with Sales Leads and Inside Sales Representatives to ensure customer orders are accurately delivered, properly merchandised, and competitively priced. The Sales Support Representative assists customers with various needs, from shelving and cooler resets to creating attractive product displays. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and account personnel is central to this position. The role also involves preparing and maintaining merchandising reports, surveying accounts for new merchandising opportunities, and ensuring compliance with promotional activities and competitive pricing updates.
This position requires flexibility, with some work potentially taking place during nights, weekends, or holidays to cover open sales territories during absences or vacations. The Sales Support Representative plays a vital role in RNDC's commitment to excellent customer service and operational efficiency within the wine and spirits industry.                 - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
 - 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Requires a current, valid state drivers license, and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
 - Product knowledge applicable to wine and spirits industry
 - Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays
