Bartenders play a critical role in the resort’s daily operations by interacting extensively with guests and coworkers, ensuring each drink is served skillfully and in compliance with OLCC regulations. The role demands excellent customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and dedication to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Mt.
