The Sales Support Representative role at RNDC is a vital position within the growing Sales team. This position is designed for someone energetic and talented who enjoys working closely with customers to provide outstanding service and support. The Sales Support Representative collaborates closely with Sales Leads and Inside Sales Representatives to ensure that customer orders are properly delivered, merchandised, and priced. This role requires a person who is proactive in assisting customers with their needs, such as stocking shelves, resetting coolers, and creating attractive product displays.
In addition to customer service, the Sales Support Representative is responsible for submitting replenishment orders by monitoring inventory levels and identifying gaps that need to be filled. The role also involves maintaining merchandising reports and surveying accounts for merchandising opportunities. This position demands a strong ability to build good working relationships with customers as well as account personnel. Flexibility to work some nights, weekends, and holidays is also expected, which means adaptability and dedication to customer satisfaction are essential.

                - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
 - 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
 - Requires a current, valid state drivers license, and ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the company
 - Product knowledge applicable to wine and spirits industry
 - Experience stocking shelves and understanding of how to create product displays
