As a vital member of the hospitality team at MTK Camp Kamassa, the Foodservice Assistant/Cook plays a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and satisfaction of campers and staff through the provision of high-quality meals and efficient kitchen operations. Additionally, the Foodservice Assistant/Cook supports kitchen operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen, assisting with inventory management, and operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.   • Previous experience in food service, culinary arts, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot kitchen environment
