As a Sales Manager within HHM Hotels, you will play a critical role in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role involves achieving guest satisfaction, soliciting both new and past business, and meeting or surpassing revenue goals consistently. Your core responsibility will be to maximize the hotel’s sales potential by actively promoting all facets of the property to current, past, and prospective clients. You will lead by example and manage a team by selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting your associates to deliver results that align with HHM’s brand and service standards.
In this dynamic position, you will leverage professional sales techniques to negotiate favorable terms and close deals that satisfy both customer requirements and company objectives. Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to service accounts effectively will be an essential part of your role, as well as maintaining and growing relationships with key clients to boost customer loyalty and account revenue. Your persuasive verbal sales presentations and ability to clearly articulate the hotel's benefits will be pivotal in securing new business opportunities. This position requires local travel to conduct outside calls, promote the hotel, evaluate competition, and represent the hotel at trade shows. The job demands flexibility in work schedule, which may include working holidays and weekends, along with moderate travel requirements. - Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related industry preferred
- Proven track record in sales required
- Previous hospitality sales experience preferred
