The Sous Chef position at Resort Lifestyle Communities is an exciting and critical role designed for culinary professionals passionate about delivering superior food and hospitality services within a resort-style setting. This role requires a collaborative team player who works alongside the Executive Chef, Community Managers, and other key Culinary and Dining team members. The Sous Chef plays an instrumental part in maintaining high standards of food safety and quality in a scratch-based kitchen, preparing various meat, fish, vegetable, soup, and egg dishes with creativity and precision. The role involves adhering to strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols while ensuring every dish served aligns with the appealing, resort-style presentation our communities are known for.
This position offers a balanced schedule working Tuesday through Saturday during lunch and dinner shifts, with no late-night work—providing excellent work/life balance. - Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to secure appropriate food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of first day of employment
