The role on offer is a per diem Cafeteria Assistant position that plays an essential part in supporting the hospital's meal service operations. The individual will engage in diverse activities such as preparing and serving food items for patients, cafeteria guests, and catering needs. Attention to detail is critical, especially when handling patient orders with modified diets. The role demands proficiency in food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, grilled items, desserts, and nutritional supplements, ensuring adherence to portion control and standards.
