The Kitchen Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is designed for an experienced culinary professional who combines strong cooking skills with exceptional management abilities. This role is crucial in maintaining the company’s nationally recognized food and beverage program, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and operational efficiency across the kitchens. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for supervising all kitchen operations, from menu adherence and food preparation to staff management and budget controls. They work closely with the operations team and the sales staff to plan and execute various events and parties, contributing to the overall success of the entertainment center.
In this fast-paced, high-volume retail and entertainment environment, the Kitchen Manager leads a team of cooks, lead cooks, dishwashers, and servers, ensuring that every guest experiences superior food quality and exceptional service. The Kitchen Manager also oversees compliance with health and safety regulations, conducts sanitation audits, and manages kitchen equipment maintenance. - 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
- Experience preparing banquet-style events
- Current ServSafe certification required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail and entertainment environment
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time, and lift objects with some assistance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
