The company is presently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals for the role of Room Attendants/House Attendants (Recamareras) within one of San Diego’s premier luxury resorts. It provides a competitive compensation range of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant at CSG, you will be responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards in guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. This role requires performing various cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing, as well as restocking supplies and ensuring all rooms meet stringent inspection standards. The role demands both physical endurance and attention to detail, ensuring every facet of the guest’s environment is spotless and thoughtfully prepared. CSG expects candidates to adopt best practices in the cleaning industry, utilize equipment safely and effectively, and uphold health and safety regulations at all times. This position fosters a customer-oriented mindset, emphasizing service excellence and teamwork. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working during weekends or holidays when required. Experience as a Hotel Housekeeping or Room Attendant, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, is preferred. • Must have at least one (1) year experience as a Hotel Housekeeping/Room Attendant
• Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times

• Working quickly without compromising quality
• Knowledge and ability to use standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment utilized in the cleaning industry
• High school diploma preferred
