We are currently seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The Bartender will be responsible for receiving and preparing beverage orders, including mixing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently according to established recipes. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards are essential elements of this role. As our Bartender, you will greet and serve guests warmly and courteously, take beverage orders from food servers and cocktail servers, and be knowledgeable about our "comped" beverages offerings including various brands of liquor, beer, and wine. Maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area and equipment is critical, including keeping the bar top wiped, emptying ashtrays, removing used glasses, and ensuring that ice supplies are replenished regularly. You will also be responsible for managing cash register operations securely, completing transactions accurately while maintaining an honest and trustworthy approach toward financial handling. In this role, your commitment to responsible alcohol service is paramount. You will be trained to identify signs of intoxication and handle such situations with care and professionalism. It's important to follow our strict policies regarding serving beverages, such as never serving two drinks at once to one person or combining beer and shots in the same order.
