The role available at Highgate Hotels is that of a House Attendant at the SpringHill Suites Chandler located at 225 N. Metro Drive, Chandler, AZ 85226. This position is hourly compensated starting at $15.00 per hour. The House Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel, particularly focusing on assigned areas and equipment. Responsibilities extend beyond typical housekeeping duties and include delivering guest items such as express checkouts and newspapers, which contributes to an overall positive guest experience. The attendant is also entrusted with maintaining the physical appearance of the property through tasks like buffing marble floors and shampooing carpets and furniture in public areas according to hotel standards. Proficiency in assisting with luggage and handling lost and found items is required, always adhering to hotel policies. The role demands familiarity with emergency procedures and the upkeep of hotel equipment and storage spaces, ensuring operational efficiency. The House Attendant must be prepared to undertake special projects assigned by the housekeeping manager and consistently contribute to guest satisfaction. This position requires a friendly, efficient, and service-oriented approach along with the physical stamina to meet job demands. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
