The role of Cabin Supervisor is a vital position within the airline's ground operations team. This position involves supervising and coordinating daily activities of employees focused on aircraft cabin servicing to ensure safe, effective, and timely operations. The Cabin Supervisor oversees the meticulous cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors including the cabin, cockpit, galleys, and lavatories to ensure all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This role requires thorough attention to detail as well as the ability to manage a team efficiently under varying conditions. The Cabin Supervisor is also responsible for preparing the cabin for customer boarding by ensuring that all furnishings, seats, and other passenger service items are properly cleaned and in place. In addition, the supervisor assists ramp agents, performs Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walks between flights to maintain safety standards, and handles logistics related to ground equipment and baggage handling. This role demands not only operational expertise but also a proactive approach to problem-solving and team management.   • Four plus years of relevant experience
  • able to work in extreme conditions such as hot and cold weather and small spaces
  • eligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
  • possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • able to work in cramped or high places
  • able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs
  • some shifts may require extended hours to meet business needs
